Warm clothes needed: the Sycamore Primary School families in Aberdeen
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at the Sycamore Primary School.
🇬🇧 Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom766 views
I coordinate donations at the Sycamore Primary School in Aberdeen. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Aberdeen, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Sycamore Primary School on Thursday between 11am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Sycamore Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Sending good thoughts. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
