I coordinate donations at the Pioneer Mosque in Eldoret. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Eldoret, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Pioneer Mosque on Monday between 9am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Pioneer Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Thanks for sharing this, Wanjiru. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. God bless
Take care. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Blessings
