I coordinate donations at the Lotus Primary School in Faisalabad. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Faisalabad, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Lotus Primary School on Sunday between 11am and 4pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Lotus Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone. You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

  • You're not alone, Omer. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Take care.

    • Thanks for sharing this, Omer. Shared this with my family.

        • Thanks for sharing this, Omer. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Greetings from Bekasi.
