Warm clothes needed: the Lotus Mosque families in Spanish Town
Shanice is collecting new or gently used winter clothing for children at the Lotus Mosque in Spanish Town.

I coordinate donations at the Lotus Mosque in Spanish Town. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Spanish Town, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Lotus Mosque on Tuesday between 10am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Lotus Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
