Warm clothes needed: the Lotus Family Centre families in Salem
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at the Lotus Family Centre.

I coordinate donations at the Lotus Family Centre in Salem. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Salem, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Lotus Family Centre on Saturday between 11am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Lotus Family Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
