I coordinate donations at the Liberty Primary School in Yogyakarta. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Yogyakarta, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Liberty Primary School on Wednesday between 10am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Liberty Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Best of luck, Iwan. It takes guts to ask. Well done. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Take care
Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. Put this on a community board in Addis Ababa this morning. All the best
You're not alone. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Thinking of Yogyakarta.
Thinking of you, Iwan. Hope you get there. God bless.
