Warm clothes needed: the Jacaranda Mosque families in Mumbai
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at the Jacaranda Mosque.

I coordinate donations at the Jacaranda Mosque in Mumbai. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Mumbai, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Jacaranda Mosque on Saturday between 11am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Jacaranda Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Thanks for sharing this, Tareq. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Blessings.
sending love, Tareq. Your post was clear and honest. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend.
