A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at the Jacaranda Family Centre.

I coordinate donations at the Jacaranda Family Centre in Tema. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Tema, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Jacaranda Family Centre on Monday between 10am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Jacaranda Family Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Rooting for you. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
praying for you, Felicia. It takes guts to ask. Well done. God bless
