Warm clothes needed: the Harmony Mosque families in Cairo
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at the Harmony Mosque.

I coordinate donations at the Harmony Mosque in Cairo. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Cairo, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Harmony Mosque on Thursday between 10am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Harmony Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Sending good thoughts, Jamila. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Sent it to 8 people at work. God bless.
Best of luck, Jamila. Shared this with my family.
Take care, Jamila. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. My husband and I read this together. All the best.
rooting for you. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 10 years in nursing I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
