I coordinate donations at the Baobab Primary School in Buenos Aires. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Buenos Aires, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Baobab Primary School on Tuesday between 11am and 3pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Baobab Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone. I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

You're not alone. Looking forward to the next update. I went through something like this 14 years ago and strangers helped me out. Love from Jakarta.

    • So sorry you're going through this. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. I have a 7 year old who wants to send good wishes too. All the best.
