Warm clothes needed: the Baobab Mosque families in Worcester
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at the Baobab Mosque.
🇺🇸 Worcester, Massachusetts, United States450 views
I coordinate donations at the Baobab Mosque in Worcester. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Worcester, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Baobab Mosque on Monday between 10am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Baobab Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Thank you so much.
