A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at Maple Refugee Centre.

I coordinate donations at Maple Refugee Centre in Gwagwalada. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Gwagwalada, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Maple Refugee Centre on Monday between 11am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Maple Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
