Ife is collecting new or gently used winter clothing for children at Harmony Refugee Centre in Lagos.

I coordinate donations at Harmony Refugee Centre in Lagos. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Lagos, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Harmony Refugee Centre on Friday between 9am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Harmony Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Thinking of you and your family. This could happen to any of us. Thinking of Lagos.
So sorry you're going through this, Ife. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Thinking of Lagos.
Stay strong, Ife. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. All the best.
Hang in there, Ife. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. All the best!
