Wanted to borrow: cordless drill and spirit level, San Diego
I'm building fitting out a small stall for my business and need to borrow a cordless drill and spirit level for a single afternoon. I'll return it clean and on time.

I'm Brooklyn in San Diego. I'm fitting out a small stall for my business, and I need a cordless drill and spirit level for a single afternoon. Buying one for a single job doesn't make sense and the rental price is more than I can manage right now.
If you have one gathering dust in the garage, I'd be grateful to borrow it. I'll collect it from you, look after it, clean it and bring it back on the day we agree. I'll leave a deposit if you'd like, and I'm happy to meet somewhere public the first time.
If you could also show me how to use it safely, that would be an extra kindness.
Many thanks, and I'm happy to answer any questions.

I can lend one for a few weeks. I live about 14 km away so you would need to collect it. Happy to chat first.
