Volunteers wanted: Zinhle's yard after the storm

I'm 92 and I have lived in this house in Pretoria for 41 years. After the storm in March, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight. The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner. Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do. If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
