Volunteers wanted: Victor's yard after the storm
Victor, 73, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.
🇰🇪 Embakasi, Nairobi, Kenya557 views
I'm 73 and I have lived in this house in Embakasi for 22 years. After the storm in April, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

hang in there. Shared it with a few friends. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Greetings from Campinas.
Wishing you the best, Victor. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. God bless.
Get well soon. It's not much but it's yours. Greetings from Salem.
