Volunteers wanted: Tewodros's yard after the storm
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Tewodros's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 85 and I have lived in this house in Jimma for 50 years. After the storm in May, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a heart condition.
The council has told me it will be ten weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Praying for you. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. It's not much but it's yours. Love from Jakarta.
wishing you peace. Shared this with my family. Wish I lived closer to Odesa so I could bring a meal. All the best.
Sending love. Get well soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Thinking of Jimma.
