Volunteers wanted: Kenji's yard after the storm
Kenji, 80, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 80 and I have lived in this house in Sapporo for 35 years. After the storm in April, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a recent fall.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Sending love, Kenji. Hope this works out for you. I'm in engineering myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Blessings
Thinking of you and your family. Wishing Kenji a smooth procedure and a full recovery. It's not much but it's yours!
Wishing you the best, Kenji. Hope the doctors have good news. My brother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
