Volunteers wanted: Emilio's yard after the storm
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Emilio's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 79 and I have lived in this house in San Antonio for 44 years. After the storm in May, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a recent fall.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
