I'm 71 and I have lived in this house in Osaka for 24 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight. The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner. Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do. Glad we found this place.
