Volunteer tutor needed: statistics for a motivated student in San Diego
Nan is working hard on statistics but can't afford a tutor; 2 hours a week until the GCSE would help enormously.

My son, Nan, is 14 and in the final year of school. Nan loves school but statistics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the pandemic. The GCSE exam is in November.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in San Diego or online, for about sixteen weeks.
Nan is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in statistics, you could change the course of Nan's year.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
