Volunteer tutor needed: statistics for a motivated student in Lahore
Online or in-person tutoring in statistics for a bright student in Lahore.
🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan974 views
My niece, Iqra, is 14 and in Year 10. Iqra loves school but statistics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the floods. The GCSE exam is in December.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Lahore or online, for about ten weeks.
Iqra is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in statistics, you could change the course of Iqra's year.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Thanks for sharing this. This could happen to any of us. I went through something like this 4 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Lahore
Hope it all works out, Mubashir. I hope things turn around soon. Greetings from Angeles.
Wishing you the best. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I hope December is when things finally get easier. All the best.
