Volunteer tutor needed: physics for a motivated student in Pasig

Rhea is working hard on physics but can't afford a tutor; 2 hours a week until the national would help enormously.

Pasig

My daughter, Rhea, is 17 and in Year 10. Rhea loves school but physics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the strikes. The national exam is in November. We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in Pasig or online, for about ten weeks. Rhea is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions. If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in physics, you could change the course of Rhea's year. Glad we found this place.

effort: 1–2 hours a week
format: In person in Pasig
skills: teaching, patience, subject knowledge
