Volunteer tutor needed: physics for a motivated student in Odesa
Looking for a patient physics tutor, 3 hours a week, for 13 weeks.
🇺🇦 Odesa, Odesa Oblast, Ukraine298 views
My son, Stepan, is 13 and in Grade 11. Stepan loves school but physics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the floods. The national exam is in August.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in Odesa or online, for about twenty weeks.
Stepan is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in physics, you could change the course of Stepan's year.
Thanks for being kind about this.

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Love from San Diego
You're not alone, Stanislav. This could happen to any of us

So sorry you're going through this, Stanislav. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did
