Volunteer tutor needed: mathematics for a motivated student in Ottawa
Online or in-person tutoring in mathematics for a bright student in Ottawa.
🇨🇦 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada118 views
My younger brother, Keith, is 14 and in Form 3. Keith loves school but mathematics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the move. The board exam is in October.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Ottawa or online, for about ten weeks.
Keith is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in mathematics, you could change the course of Keith's year.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Take care. Study hard! My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless.
Best of luck. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Sent it to 36 people at work. Take care
Best of luck, Eli. Shared this with my family. I went through something like this 8 years ago and strangers helped me out.
