Volunteer tutor needed: mathematics for a motivated student in Paris
Looking for a patient mathematics tutor, 1 hours a week, for 14 weeks.
🇫🇷 Paris, Île-de-France, France282 views
My younger brother, Nicolas, is 14 and in Grade 11. Nicolas loves school but mathematics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the strikes. The SAT exam is in October.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in Paris or online, for about ten weeks.
Nicolas is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in mathematics, you could change the course of Nicolas's year.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
