Volunteer tutor needed: French for a motivated student in San Jose
Online or in-person tutoring in French for a bright student in San Jose.
🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States1,015 views
My nephew, Gabriel, is 14 and in the final year of school. Gabriel loves school but French has been a struggle since the school was closed during the strikes. The national exam is in July.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in San Jose or online, for about sixteen weeks.
Gabriel is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in French, you could change the course of Gabriel's year.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

So sorry you're going through this, Noah. It takes guts to ask. Well done. After 14 years in farming I know how hard it is to ask for anything
Hope things get better soon, Noah. Hope you get there. Love from Feira de Santana
shared it with a few friends. Thinking of San Jose
Hang in there. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. I'll check back for the next update. All the best.
you're not alone, Noah. Hope this works out for you. Take care.
