Volunteer tutor needed: French for a motivated student in Munich

Markus is working hard on French but can't afford a tutor; 2 hours a week until the national would help enormously.

My son, Markus, is 13 and in Grade 11. Markus loves school but French has been a struggle since the school was closed during the floods. The national exam is in August. We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Munich or online, for about ten weeks. Markus is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions. If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in French, you could change the course of Markus's year. I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

                  • Praying for you. This could happen to any of us. After 6 years in public service I know how hard it is to ask for anything!
