Volunteer tutor needed: English writing for a motivated student in Houston
Looking for a patient English writing tutor, 1 hours a week, for 24 weeks.

My nephew, Randall, is 12 and in Year 10. Randall loves school but English writing has been a struggle since the school was closed during the floods. The university entrance exam is in December.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Houston or online, for about ten weeks.
Randall is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in English writing, you could change the course of Randall's year.

hope it all works out. Shared it with a few friends. God bless
Hope things get better soon. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
Good luck, Russell. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. Thinking of Houston.
Best of luck, Russell. Hope this works out for you.
you're not alone, Russell. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. God bless.
You're not alone, Russell. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. All the best.
