Volunteer tutor needed: biology for a motivated student in Ottawa
Online or in-person tutoring in biology for a bright student in Ottawa.

My younger brother, Noah, is 13 and in Form 3. Noah loves school but biology has been a struggle since the school was closed during the strikes. The university entrance exam is in July.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Ottawa or online, for about twenty weeks.
Noah is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in biology, you could change the course of Noah's year.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

So sorry you're going through this. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Thinking of Ottawa
take care, Lucy. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Wish I lived closer to Tema so I could bring a meal. All the best.
