Volunteer drivers wanted: Yuni's dialysis appointments
A rota of drivers to Ubud General Hospital would keep Yuni on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Yuni has been on dialysis for 2 years and until recently drove to Ubud General Hospital alone. After surgery on their hand, Yuni can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 27 km each way.
Yuni is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Glad we found this place.

Best of luck, Ani. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Wish I lived closer to București so I could bring a meal. Thinking of Ubud.
good luck. I hope things turn around soon. Thinking of Ubud!
thanks for sharing this, Ani. I hope things turn around soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Love from Joliet.
Hope it all works out, Ani. Gave what I could, wish it was more.
Hang in there, Ani. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. Blessings
Sending love, Ani. Hope this works out for you. After 26 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
Wishing you peace, Ani. Shared this with my family. After 10 years in public service I know how hard it is to ask for anything.
Sending love. Hope you get there. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home!
