Volunteer drivers wanted: Tanvi's dialysis appointments
A rota of drivers to the Thane Dialysis Unit would keep Tanvi on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Tanvi has been on dialysis for 4 years and until recently drove to the Thane Dialysis Unit alone. After surgery on their hand, Tanvi can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 16 km each way.
Tanvi is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.

Keep going. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out. All the best.
Hope things get better soon, Priya. Hope the doctors have good news. Love from Corpus Christi!
