Volunteer drivers wanted: Sumon's dialysis appointments
A rota of drivers to the Savar Kidney Centre would keep Sumon on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Sumon has been on dialysis for 5 years and until recently drove to the Savar Kidney Centre alone. After surgery on their hand, Sumon can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 11 km each way.
Sumon is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
