Volunteer drivers wanted: Regina's dialysis appointments

Could you drive Regina to São Paulo Regional Medical Center on Wednesday? A rota of 3 drivers is forming.

Regina has been on dialysis for 5 years and until recently drove to São Paulo Regional Medical Center alone. After surgery on their hand, Regina can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week. We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 24 km each way. Regina is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food. Please say which day works for you in the comments. Glad we found this place.

Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Love from San Francisco.
