Volunteer drivers wanted: Pratik's dialysis appointments
A rota of drivers to the Tiruchirappalli Dialysis Unit would keep Pratik on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Pratik has been on dialysis for 2 years and until recently drove to the Tiruchirappalli Dialysis Unit alone. After surgery on their hand, Pratik can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 10 km each way.
Pratik is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
