Volunteer drivers wanted: Nadia's dialysis appointments
Could you drive Nadia to the Saint-Denis Dialysis Unit on Saturday? A rota of 6 drivers is forming.
🇫🇷 93243, Saint-Denis, Île-de-France, France753 views
Nadia has been on dialysis for 2 years and until recently drove to the Saint-Denis Dialysis Unit alone. After a minor stroke, Nadia can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 22 km each way.
Nadia is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Thank you so much.
