Volunteer drivers wanted: Mansi's dialysis appointments
Mansi needs dialysis three times a week and has lost the ability to drive; volunteer drivers can each take one day.
🇮🇳 Nashik, Maharashtra, India861 views
Mansi has been on dialysis for 1 years and until recently drove to the Nashik Kidney Centre alone. After a foot amputation, Mansi can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 11 km each way.
Mansi is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Thank you for reading my story.

Stay strong, Prasad. Gave what I could, wish it was more.
Hope it all works out, Prasad. Get well soon.
I hope things turn around soon. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Thinking of Nashik.
