Volunteer drivers wanted: Lorena's dialysis appointments
A rota of drivers to Ciudad de México Regional Medical Center would keep Lorena on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Lorena has been on dialysis for 3 years and until recently drove to Ciudad de México Regional Medical Center alone. After a foot amputation, Lorena can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 20 km each way.
Lorena is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.

Sending good thoughts. Get well soon. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. God bless.
Rooting for you, Karina. Get well soon. My husband and I read this together. God bless.
