Volunteer drivers wanted: Lawrence's dialysis appointments
A rota of drivers to the London Kidney Centre would keep Lawrence on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Lawrence has been on dialysis for 5 years and until recently drove to the London Kidney Centre alone. After a minor stroke, Lawrence can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 32 km each way.
Lawrence is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.

Good luck. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
