Volunteer drivers wanted: Ismael's dialysis appointments

A rota of drivers to Calamba Regional Medical Center would keep Ismael on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Calamba
Ismael has been on dialysis for 2 years and until recently drove to Calamba Regional Medical Center alone. After a minor stroke, Ismael can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week. We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 13 km each way. Ismael is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food. Please say which day works for you in the comments. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
