Volunteer drivers wanted: Daiki's dialysis appointments
A rota of drivers to Fukuoka General Hospital would keep Daiki on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Daiki has been on dialysis for 3 years and until recently drove to Fukuoka General Hospital alone. After an eyesight problem, Daiki can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 33 km each way.
Daiki is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Your post was clear and honest. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Yokohama.
