Volunteer drivers wanted: Caleb's dialysis appointments
A rota of drivers to Los Angeles General Hospital would keep Caleb on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Caleb has been on dialysis for 5 years and until recently drove to Los Angeles General Hospital alone. After a minor stroke, Caleb can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 32 km each way.
Caleb is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thanks for sharing this, John. I hope things turn around soon. Put this on a community board in Riverside this morning
best of luck, John. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier
Stay strong, John. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. My neighbor in Multan donated after I showed her your page. Blessings.
