Volunteer day: Seniors' Tea Afternoon, Riyadh
We're short of hands for the Seniors' Tea Afternoon; can you spare a morning?

Every year the Seniors' Tea Afternoon brings together 454 neighbors in Riyadh. I help organize it with 12 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for registration, sorting donations and carrying boxes. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
