Volunteer day: Seniors' Tea Afternoon, Pretoria

Every year the Seniors' Tea Afternoon brings together 246 neighbors in Pretoria. I help organize it with 6 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down. We need people for set-up, serving, translation and clean-up. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers. It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day. If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
