We're short of hands for the Seniors' Tea Afternoon; can you spare a morning?

Nnewi
Every year the Seniors' Tea Afternoon brings together 263 neighbors in Nnewi. I help organize it with 7 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down. We need people for registration, sorting donations and carrying boxes. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers. It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day. If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you. If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

  • Keep going. Shared this with my family. Put this on a community board in Rome this morning. All the best.

    • Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. Wish I lived closer to Surat so I could bring a meal.

      • wishing you the best, Chukwuemeka. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Thinking of Nnewi.
