Volunteer day: Seniors' Tea Afternoon, London
Our small team in London is running the Seniors' Tea Afternoon and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom619 views
Every year the Seniors' Tea Afternoon brings together 247 neighbors in London. I help organize it with 4 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Good luck. This could happen to any of us. Thinking of London.
Stay strong. Great idea, hope you get there. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
