Volunteer day: Seniors' Tea Afternoon, Kathmandu
Give a few hours to the Seniors' Tea Afternoon - everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.

Every year the Seniors' Tea Afternoon brings together 347 neighbors in Kathmandu. I help organize it with 9 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for set-up, serving, translation and clean-up. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.

Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. It's not much but it's yours. Greetings from Los Angeles.
Hope you get there. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Blessings!
