Volunteer day: Seniors' Tea Afternoon, Augusta
Our small team in Augusta is running the Seniors' Tea Afternoon and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇺🇸 Augusta, Georgia, United States857 views
Every year the Seniors' Tea Afternoon brings together 226 neighbors in Augusta. I help organize it with 9 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for stewarding, first-aid support and clean-up. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a fun day for all ages, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
