Volunteer day: Seniors' Tea Afternoon, Ankara
We're short of hands for the Seniors' Tea Afternoon; can you spare a morning?
🇹🇷 Ankara, Türkiye520 views
Every year the Seniors' Tea Afternoon brings together 417 neighbors in Ankara. I help organize it with 8 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
