Volunteer day: School Supplies Giveaway, Nairobi
Our small team in Nairobi is running the School Supplies Giveaway and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya190 views
Every year the School Supplies Giveaway brings together 461 neighbors in Nairobi. I help organize it with 4 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for set-up, serving, translation and clean-up. Shifts are three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Thanks for being kind about this.
